On account: As a new customer please fill out and return the credit application form. If we have any queries we will contact you before dispatch of your order. Account terms are 28 days after invoice (which will come with the parcel).

By Card: You can use most major credit & debit cards via our Barclay card secure checkout service.

PayPal: We accept PayPal payments.

Postage & Packaging

Please order before 11:30am for next day delivery.

Orders are posted overnight and delivered the next day before 2pm.

Delivery is free, but orders below £100 are subject to a £9.95 small order surcharge. (Mainland UK only)

Orders arrive frozen in thermally insulated packaging.

Handling & Storage

Our samples are all vacuum packed. This protects them in the freezer and allowing them to be stored alongside edible produce, as they are themselves classified as edible produce. Safe to store in kitchen freezer.

On receipt of your samples, simply remove the top layer of polystyrene under the lid and put the whole box in the freezer. It will be fit for purpose for a minimum of two years from delivery if kept at -12°C or less.
